  • Update mirrorlist scripts
  • Copy YUM repositories 6.6 base, updates, nethforge to 6.7

Update mirrorlist for CentOS 6.7.

Do not forward request to mirrorlist.centos.org
but always return a valid mirror file
pointing to vault.centos.org.

The change is temporary and it will be reverted
when NethServer 6.7 is out.
