Description
Display a banner in PackageManager page that suggests to upgrade the system to version 6.6, once it will be available.
This feature must be compatible with 6.5 version and pushed to the nethserver/6.5/updates repository.
The banner must disappear when the system is effectively upgraded to 6.6.
