Description
When a domain is created or deleted, all user pseudonym must be recalculated.
Add/etc/e-smith/events/user-modify/S30nethserver-mail-account-update action and memcached restart to:
- domain-create
- domain-delete
- domain-modify

Action nethserver-mail-account-update must be executed at the end of the event.
