Add a filter to select only active user from LDAP.

It shouldn't be necessary: when a user is locked, the user can't login to SOGo.

The accountStatus LDAP attribute is updated by nethserver-mail-account-update action (in nethserver-mail-server) and reflects the MailStatus prop of a user record.
