Dashboard: lsm status marked red if no provider is configured
Inside the Services tab (Dashboard page), lsm status is marked as "Stopped" if there is no provider configured:
LSM service is started only if there is more than one provider configured.
The issue is cosmetic, but the user can think that something is wrong in the system.

- Status changed from MODIFIED to ON_QA
- Assignee deleted (
- % Done changed from 60 to 70
- Check all defined services are correctly displayed
- Create a custom service:
config set test service status enabled access public TCPPorts 1234
- Check the service is NOT displayed inside the dashboard
