Description
After the switch from Collectd 4 to Collectd 5, we must drop the support for collectd-web.
Remove nethserver-collectd-web from yum groups.

The packages has not been removed for backward compatibility, but it is not supported anymore.
The packages has been removed from statistics group and can't be installed from Software Center anymore.
