Upgrade to latest release of CGP which has better support for Collectd 5.

- backported cgp configuration from ns7
- requires updated nethserver-collectd and collectd 5
TEST CASE
After upgrading to the modified version the old graphs must be still readable. Some exceptions may occur, please report them here.
