Description
Update ntopng to version 2.
Also take care of:- user authentication
- start/stop service with init.d
- enable only community mode

ntopn will always start in licensed mode for the first 10 minutes, then the application will switch to community edition.
I also used the --community switch to start always in community mode (as stated by ntopng output), but it doesn't work.
