Description
To fully support obtaining the red ip address via dhcp we need to handle some things differently.
As an example, the portforward page need to display the address or the provider name.
Now, if I have some red in dhcp, the page doesn't show addresses.

The user can select the option "Any", inside the "WAN IP (red interface)" section, to enable the port forward on all interfaces: this configuration can workaround the problem.
Thus, we could use /etc/shorewall/params
to bind the port forward to a DHCP red interface.
See Shorewall manual: http://shorewall.net/FAQ.htm#DNS-DNAT
