Description
There isn't a validation check when a new email address is added in the whitelist or in the blacklist., in this way it is possible to enter duplicate email addresses.
The event nethserver-mail-filter-save deletes yet duplicate email addresses but a validator for the web interface is user-friendly.

This feature will not be implemented in NS 6. If needed, please reopen it for NS 7.
