Description
The backup widget view should emphasize three cases:
- backup disabled
- backup enabled, never executed
- backup enabled, show last backup
- backup in progress (actually it shows 'STEP' as status and start time is equal as end time)

There is also a TODO which informs the user if the backup is installed but not configured.
It's enough for now.
