Description
Antivirus should check images and javascripts for threats. Images scanning needs a lot of cpu power and should be disabled by default with an option to enable it.
js should be enabled by default.

This should be implemented with a template custom of https://github.com/NethServer/nethserver-squidclamav/blob/master/root/etc/e-smith/templates/etc/c-icap/squidclamav.conf/50exceptions
This feature will not be implemented in NS 6. If needed, please reopen it for NS 7.
