http mirror checks can slow down installation process if network is unreachable: remove nc ... 80 tests

Modify /etc/e-smith/events/actions/nethserver-antivirus-init-avdb removing all mirror checks.

Package nethserver-antivirus-1.0.3-1 is nethserver-testing repository.

Test case:
  • Install: yum --enablerepo=nethserver-testing install nethserver-antivirus
  • Check nethserver-antivirus-update event is not hanging on nethserver-antivirus-init-avdb action

My test case:
  1. Install, disabling nethserver Yum plugin, to avoid *-update events
        # yum install --disableplugin=nethserver --enablerepo=nethserver-testing nethserver-antivirus
  2. Unplugged ethernet cable
  3. Signalled *-update event
        # signal-event nethserver-antivirus-update

clamd is up and running.
