Description
During first-boot event, read the timezone configured from the installer and save it to TimeZone db key.

The installer could create a temporary file used in the first-boot event to set the timezone.
But this workaround is not functional if the system is installed using yum and not cd.
In the future, we could add the timezone selection during the first-boot event. For now, after installation, the administrator should set the timezone in the "Date and Time" web UI module.
