Description
After nethserver-openvpn installation, the system expands the configuration file for the roadwarrior service, but since some information are missing, the OpenVPN server can't start.
Also the OpenVPN service appears as "stopped" (with red color) inside the Dashboard.
Avoid the error on server start if roadwarrior is not yet configured.
