Incorrect OpenVPN pushed DNS

Description

When connecting to the office using openvpn, my client received a non-working dns: I couldn't resolve host names.
Scenario:
Lan network=192.168.5..0/24
DNS=192.168.5.253
OpenVPN network=10.9.9.0/24

My client received DNS=192.168.5.253 instead of 10.9.9.1.
Changing it manually, name resolution works.
Look at traffic dump:

16:47:24.293680 IP 192.168.5.253 > 10.9.9.6: ICMP 192.168.5.253 udp port 53 unreachable
