In some cases the update of the packages generates the stop of httpd after some amount of time (some minutes).
For example when update only nethserver-owncloud and then owncloud.
The owncloud package stop httpd.

The solution
Use httpd restart instead of http reload in nethserver-owncloud package and add a requirement for owncloud 7.0.4.
