The bug is the use of command "config" without absolute path.

How to test
  1. manually enable testing repository into the file /etc/yum.repos.d/NethServer.repo
  2. execute "yum clean all"
  3. install owncloud using NethServer web interface
  4. verify that /var/log/messages does not contain any error
  5. verify that ownCloud works properly ( https://<SERVER>/owncloud/ )
