Description
If we change Ip or name/domain in the dashboard these changes are not written to the file /var/www/html/owncloud/config/config.php
workaround : edit the file by hand

It arises too problems for a rare operation.
So I have added a documentation note [it] describing the modification to do when the admin changes the domain or ip address.
