Starting task state lost on double NethPlatform::exec calls

Description
The SystemTasks::flushStatus method is invoked on every NethPlatform::exec call.
Thus after a detached task is started by NethPlatform::exec, if the method is invoked again, the task starting state is lost and Tracker can't connect it.
This is an even behaviour and must be fixed.
