Description
When web-access is enabled on an IBay, apache is missing filesystem read permissions if Allow read permission to everyone checkbox is unset. Only a warning message is reported on /var/log/messages:

Add a POSIX ACL for the apache system user that grants read access on the entire ibay when HttpStatus=enabled.
