Description
There must be a way to specify through UI a set of sender/recipient based rules that unconditionally set a message as CLEAN or SPAM.

Using @sender_score_map parameter in sender whitelist makes any message CLEAN. On the other hand @whitelist_sender_maps "ensure delivery" and keeps spam headers.
TODO:
Test a @whitelist_sender_maps based implementation.
